Director of Hydrogen Program for Engineered Controls International, LLC (d/b/a RegO) in Elon, NC.

Duties: define and build out company hydrogen business, including product development strategies, engineering specifications, target market segments and applications, product and technology roadmaps, commercial, technical, and operational plans, merger and acquisition strategies, and resource planning; assume key customer, industry, and market engagement, and ensure successful product launches; establish key technological and engineering metrics to drive results and achieve critical milestones, and integrate hydrogen business into company technical, operational, and commercial teams. May telecommute from any location in U.S. 50% travel, both domestic and international.
Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering, or foreign equivalent. 5 years of experience in a product or engineering management position in the hydrogen gas control products industry. 5 years of experience with each of the following: managing investment strategies for new hydrogen gas control product lines, including developing product line roadmaps for hydrogen energy storage systems and ensuring carbon-neutral solutions; defining hydrogen gas control project-related roadmaps, including developing prioritization strategies and quality standards and analyzing project implementation risks; creating marketing positioning strategies for hydrogen gas control products, including branding, pricing, and product portfolios; troubleshooting hydrogen control products in accordance with UL and ASME Section 8 standards, including interacting with customers in order to address concerns and performing root cause analyses of identified problems; planning inspections for, and performing quality assurance tests on, hydrogen gas control materials, processes, and products; developing inspection test method techniques to support in-process and final verification of hydrogen gas control products and processes in accordance with customer-required product applications, including flow, pressure, and leak performance. Experience can be acquired concurrently.
